This is a flexible itinerary that can be customised for your unique experience.

We have few suggestion for the itinerary of your tour but if you have any itinerary in ming please let us know and we will tailormade the tour for you..

Option 1: Dudley Peninsula Tour

Tours departing from the airport or your Kingscote hotel will include a visit to Nepean Bay and Red Banks, untouched places that are only visited by locals. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the pristine beach at Nepean Bay, and then discover the stunning red clay cliffs of Red Banks which can only be reached by walking on a path downhill. A breathtaking place!

Then, we will pass through the small town of American River, where the rare Glossy Black Cockatoo (a parrot that is virtually extinct on the mainland) can be spotted while it feeds off the trees. And, if you look hard enough, you might be able to see a couple of Koalas

Moving toward Pennington Bay, we will see Pelican Lagoon and maybe some Wallabies and Kangaroos.

The perfect ocean waves at Pennington Bay makes it very popular among local surfers. Adventure lovers can climb to the top of Prospect Hill and admire the expansive views of the Dudley Peninsula. Since this is the narrowest point on the island (just 900 meters coast-to-coast, apart from Pelican Lagoon} you can see the North and South shorelines at the same time.

Then, the tour will continue toward Cape Willoughby, the eastern-most part of the island, where the guide will take you inside the lighthouse, to see the island and the Fleurieu Peninsula (mainland). In the evening, Kangaroos will start coming out, often near the lighthouse.

At the end of the tour, after spotting Kangaroos, Koalas, Wallabies, Pelicans, and, if you are very lucky, even an Echidna up close, we will take you back to your hotel, or the airport/ferry terminal.

The tour includes coffee breaks with biscuits and a light meal (please let us know about your dietary allergies) or you can book a BBQ lunch with local KI wine, that will be cooked right there by the guide.

Option 2: Seal Bay Tour

Tours departing from the airport or your Kingscote hotel will include a visit to the Seal Bay CP, where you can admire Sea Lions resting on the beach. The guide will take you to the beach, just a few meters from them.

Then, the tour will head to Duck Lagoon, where you will be able to see a lot of parrots, including the Crimson Rosella and Rainbow Lorikeet; eucalyptus flourishes on the shores of the freshwater lagoon formed by the Cygnet River, and you can spot Koalas there.

After lunch, we will visit the Emu Bay beach, where you might spot dolphins swimming close to the shore. This beach is one of the most beautiful and safest swimming locations on the island, and in the summer, we may stop for a swimming break (if possible), before heading toward Stokes Bay, where, in the evening, you can spot a lot of Kangarooand Wallabies that come out to graze. Stokes Bay is also famous for its tunnel between the rocks to reach the beach in front of it. Near the bay, you will be able to see a couple more Koalas.

At the end of the tour, after seeing Sea Lions, Kangaroos, Koalas, Wallabies and, if you are lucky enough, even an Echidna up close, we will take you back to your hotel, or to the airport/ferry port.

The tour includes coffee breaks with biscuits and a light meal (please let us know about your dietary allergies) or you can book a BBQ lunch with local KI wine, that will be cooked right there by the guide.

Option 3: Flinders Chase Tour:

Tours departing from the airport or your Kingscote hotel will include a visit to the Flinders Chase NP where the famous Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch are located.

Due to the 2019 fires, the itinerary has slightly changed to allow the areas affected by the fires to regenerate. Fires are part of the "every day” life in Australia and the vegetation is used to them, actually they need the fire to be able to regenerate itself!

On the way to the East End of the island we will be able to observe part of the North Coast and we will stop to visit Snelling Beach, one of the best beaches on the island and Western River where we will have morning tea with coffee observing the rugged coastline of KI. In this area, we will often spot some sleepy koalas and kangaroos grazing.

In the afternoon we will take a walk around the famous rock formations of Remarkable Rocks, only 5 million years old! Not far from there we will be able to observe the Long Nosed Furseals ( also know as New Zealand Furseals) playing in the rock pools under Admirals Arch.

Option 4: Best of Kangaroo Island Tour:

Tours departing from the airport or your Kingscote hotel will include a visit to the Seal Bay CP, where you can admire Sea Lions resting on the beach. The guide will take you to the beach, just a few meters from them.

After lunch, we will visit Vivonne Bay, where you might spot dolphins swimming close to the shore. This beach is one of the most beautiful and safest swimming locations on the island, and in the summer, we may stop for a swimming break (if possible), before heading toward Flinders Chase NP where the famous Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch are located.
