Accommodation - Self-contained Villa

Our villas opened to visitors from July 2016. We have eight 3 bedroom villas and ten with 2 bedrooms. All the main bedrooms have queen size beds.

The villas are located in a secure enclosure, so no danger of children getting lost.  Each villa is self-contained with a drive-in garage (with remote) and all mod cons including dishwasher, LED TV, and free wifi. 

The villas are located on the Esplanade, so right across the road from the beaches and sea.

​A short walk (5 minutes) and you are in the town centre, where you will find interesting local shops and great cafes. 

** from 17 DEC 2018 to 19 JAN 2019 the cost for the 2 BR villa is $300 per night and for the 3 BR villa is $325 **

Le nostre ville sono state inaugurate nel 2016, abbiamo a disposizione otto ville con 3 camere da letto e dieci ville con 2 camere da letto. Tutte le ville hanno letti matrimoniali.

Queste strutture sono molto sicure nel caso si abbiano bambini in quanto non avranno la possibilita' di perdersi.  Ogni villa ha un garage privato con serranda controllata elettricamente (con telecomando) inoltre ogni villa e' dotata di televisione, cucina e lavapiatti.

Sono inoltre situate lungo il lungomare di Kingscote proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, poco distanti (solo 5 minuti a piedi) dal centro del paese dove potrete trovare i negozi e i cafe.
